• All astrological services, horoscope predictions, and tarot readings are provided for entertainment, spiritual guidance, and personal insight purposes only.

• Predictions and readings represent possibilities and tendencies, not certainties. The future is not fixed, and free will always plays a role.

4. Free Horoscope and Tools Disclaimer

The free horoscope predictions (daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly) and free tools available on our website:

• Are generated using general Vedic astrology principles based on Moon signs (Rashi) and planetary transits
• Provide generalized predictions that may not account for individual birth chart details
• Are for entertainment and general guidance purposes only
• Should not be relied upon for making important life decisions
• May vary in accuracy as they do not consider your complete birth chart, Dasha periods, or specific planetary positions at your time of birth

For personalized readings based on your complete birth chart (Kundli), we recommend booking a one-on-one consultation.

5. Booking and Payment

• All consultation bookings must be made through our official booking system.
• Bookings are confirmed only after payment is received and verified.
• Payment can be made via UPI, bank transfer, or other methods as instructed.
• Prices are as listed on the website and may change without prior notice.
• You will receive a confirmation email with consultation details upon successful booking.

6. Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Rescheduling: You may reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours before the scheduled time at no additional charge.
• Cancellation with 24+ hours notice: Full refund or credit for future booking.
• Cancellation with less than 24 hours notice: 50% refund may be provided at our discretion.
• No-shows: No refund will be provided for missed appointments without prior notice, unless there are documented emergency circumstances.
• Service dissatisfaction: Due to the subjective nature of astrological services, refunds are not provided based on dissatisfaction with predictions or readings.

7. Consultation Guidelines

• Please provide accurate birth details (date, time, and place of birth) for precise readings.
• Be present at least 5 minutes before your scheduled consultation time.
• Consultations will be conducted via video call (Google Meet/Zoom) or phone as agreed.
• Please ensure a stable internet connection and quiet environment for video consultations.
• If you are more than 10 minutes late without prior notice, the session may be shortened or rescheduled.

8. Confidentiality

We take your privacy seriously:

• All information shared during consultations is kept strictly confidential.
• Your personal details and consultation content will not be shared with any third party without your explicit consent.
• Birth chart data and readings are stored securely and used only for providing our services.
• Please refer to our Privacy Policy for detailed information on data handling.

9. Session Recording

• Sessions may be recorded with your consent for your personal reference.
• Any recordings made are for the client's personal use only.
• You may not share, distribute, publish, or use recordings for commercial purposes without written permission.
• Unauthorized distribution of session recordings may result in legal action.

10. Intellectual Property

• All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Chaithanya Rao.
• You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without permission.
• The horoscope predictions, articles, and tools are protected by copyright.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

You must be at least 18 years of age to book consultations. Consultations for minors must be booked by a parent or legal guardian who will be present during the session.

14. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.

15. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this website. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

16. Severability

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
